I don’t know about you, but I already miss the yummy turkey meat of Thanksgiving Day and Christmas, so I’ve decided to bring some goodness on my Sunday table. Let me introduce you my allies for my plan: some juicy oranges, finely sliced, to place them into my oven tray, to support the turkey wings without let them waist their yummy skin, chili sauce, barbeque sauce, Worcestershire sauce, half and half cream, salt and pepper. And, of course, my turkey wings! First we have to sprinkle salt and pepper on them and then we let them rest on the juicy orange bed. Mix one cup of half and half cream with half a cup of chili sauce, half a cup of barbeque sauce and about a quarter a cup of Worcestershire sauce. You see I like it hot, but if we have kids around, we should reduce the chili sauce. Anyway, we cover the turkey wings with all this goodness, cover the tray with some aluminum foil and put it into the oven, to let them cook low and slow. It looks like we covered the wings with some peanut butter, but we know that’s not true! Remove the aluminum foil when the turkey wings are almost done and put them back into the oven for around 15 minutes, just for giving them a nice tanned face.

The secret of this very easy to cook and to eat meat is we have salt, sour, sweet, bitterness of the orange peel and also spicy pepper and chili sauce, we have them all! It’s a nice way to make people happy around the Sunday dinner table, but we can do it anytime. All we need is some turkey wings and nice people around us, ready to let us make them happy. It shouldn’t be very hard, but you know, sometimes it is.
