We need two turkey wings, two carrots, two onions, one tablespoon of granulated gelatin, a tablespoon of garlic powder, salt and pepper. Boil low and slow the turkey wings together with the carrots, onions, salt and pepper, till you can take off the meat from the bones. Put the meat into small bowls. Remove the onions and carrots from the soup and mix the gelatin and the garlic powder into the soup, then pour it into the bowls, to cover the turkey meat. Put the bowls into the fridge till it turns into a nice spicy turkey jelly.

You can use some pickled red bell pepper and cucumber finely sliced to decorate the jelly and bring some color into it. It’s delicious and very easy to cook and eat. Also if you think it’s too much turkey meat on your table, then you can use pork, beef or chicken, because the granulated gelatin will works perfect so you could enjoy your spicy jelly.
