We need half a pound of macaroni or any other tubular pastas, boiled al dente into slightly salted water. Mix six eggs with two cups of sugar, until they turn pale yellow, add two cups of heavy cream, one cup of milk and three cups of shredded cheddar cheese. Add the pastas into the mix and make sure they are covered in this sweet and cheesy goodness. Butter an oven tray and cover the butter with breadcrumbs then add the macaroni mix in it, sprinkle sugar and grated parmesan on top and put the tray into the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until our special cake look dark golden brown. If we don’t like salt and sugar combination, we can replace cheddar with Mozzarella cheese, but this is a delicious way to enjoy sweet and salty cheesy macaroni, hot or cold. We can slice it better when it’s cold and we can enjoy it with some cranberries jelly or any other jelly we like.
