I love cheese but it’s like chocolate, we can’t eat enough because of its calories. In order to enjoy the cheesy taste without feeling guilty all the time, I’ve discovered something really healthy: inactive dried yeast. It’s also known as the protein of the vegans. It tastes like cheese, it’s like a crispy powder we can sprinkle on any meal, improving the taste and also our health. It has the B vitamins and helps our digest but also our skin by eliminating the toxins in our body. We can sprinkle it on our salads, meat dishes, omelets, morning or evening sandwiches, we can even roll our tortillas or burritos in this tasty powder. All we have to do is to dare experience new things. Everything tastes better with a little help of cheese but if we need lower calories and fats levels or if we have lactose intolerance, we should give inactive dried yeast a chance.
