We need fast and delicious solutions for surprising guests, now that the cold season is coming and the fresh vegetables are no longer our first option, because we need a little more energy for the colder mornings and evenings. We need two cans of mushrooms, half a pound of beef jerky, six pickled cucumbers, four tablespoons of mayo, four tbsp of yogurt, one teaspoon of Dijon mustard, one garlic clove, one teaspoon of powdered dill, salt and pepper. All we have to do is to finely chop all the ingredients into small cubes, almost the same dimension and mix everything together. You should check the jerky and mushrooms for salt not to add too much if not necessary. It’s a very simple way to enjoy the perfect combination of beef and mushrooms with the freshness of the pickled cucumbers and the yogurt which cuts the greasy but delicious effect of the mayo.
